The Wrights | Family Session

Having all grown up here in Katy, I knew Ashley and Travis from high school - probably even earlier! All those years seem to blend in my memory. Those were the days - in the late 90s - of the original Beverly Hills 90210 and Friends, when rap music was cool, and everyone collected cds, when we chatted on AOL Instant Messenger, and there was VSCO girl before it was called "VSCO girl" - I still don't know what that means!

After moving back to Katy when I was pregnant with Preston (now 8), it was inevitable I would run into people I hadn't seen since high school. I'm so glad the Wrights were some of those people. We discovered our kids were the same age and went to the same school.

Ashley and Travis have been married 10 years, and are hands-down the most adorable couple. You can just tell they are madly in love! The photos I got of just the two of them might be my favorites of the day. They have three beautiful kids with little 1-year-old Wilder rounding out older sisters Blair and Harlow. The girls did an amazing job keeping on task for me while Wilder ran around and did his thing. Thanks for a great session, Wright family!
